(1) Do you need a new PBX and phones for your office?

PINS is an authorized Samsung dealer, and we can configure one of their excellent, feature-rich PBXs to meet all your needs, whether your shop has 5 or 500 phones; one small office in Manhattan, or many large offices located in different cities, which may be in one or more states. This "Client-Based" PBX voice system is one of two ways that PINS can deliver voice services

(2) Do you need phone service, but don’t have the staff or interest in maintaining your own PBX?

PINS can provide "Hosted Phone" PBX Service, where the only equipment you need to have in your office is an IP phone.  We deliver all the voice services you need via the Internet.

Hosted phone service comes with all the usual PBX features, such as voicemail, hunt groups and auto-attendant.  In addition, the Client, as well as PINS staff have the ability to manage all phone features via a web interface available through the PINS telephone switch.

(3) Do you have your own PBX and phones?

PINS engineers and technicians have experience with most of the PBX systems on the market and we can configure your PBX, provide the trunk lines, and make the connections you need to interface with the worldwide telephone network (PSTN).
