Setting up your Voicemail
Setting up your voicemail is straightforward:
- Dial your 10-digit phone number
- When you hear the generic voicemail greeting, you can then hang-up.
Now that you're authenticated, you have a few options for what you can
do. Usually, the system prompts will guide you. One common requirement
is to set up your greeting. To do this, proceed with the following:
To record your greeting:
- Dial 1212 479 1709 from any touch tone telephone
- Once the voicemail answers and prompts you for a mailbox, enter
your 10-digit phone number
- Enter your 4-digit password (Note: Please contact
us for your password)
- Press 0 ( zero ) for Mailbox options**
- Press 1 to record your Unavailable message
- Begin recording and press pound (#) key when finished. (
ex: You have reached XYZ company. Sorry but no one is available to
answer your call at the present time. Please leave a message after
the beep and someone will return your call as soon as possible. Thank
you.)
- Press 2 to listen to what you have just recorded.
- Press 1 if you are satisfied with your recording or press
3 to discard and re-record the message. (NOTE: If you
press 3, repeat steps 6 & 7 until you are satisfied with
the recording.)
**You also have the following options:

- Press 2 - to record Busy Message

Press 3 - to record your Name

Press 4 - to record your Temporary Message

Press 5 - to Change your password
Checking your Voicemail
Follow this easy steps to listen to your voicemail:
- Dial 1212 479 1709 from any touch tone telephone
- Once the voicemail answers and prompts you for a mailbox, enter
your 10-digit phone number
- The voicemail will then prompt you for a password, enter your
code
- Press 2 to Change folders. You then have the following
options:

- Press 0 (zero)- to listen to new messages

- Press 1 - to listen to old messages
