| To actually forward a call, depress the switch-hook briefly (known as a hookflash), and then dial the phone number or intercom code of the person you wish to transfer to. You can wait for the person to answer to announce the caller, and then hang up to complete the transfer, or hang up immediately to transfer the call without waiting for a response. | |||
