To change time on the phone system

Note: Do NOT lift the handset when doing these steps.

1. Press Transfer and 200
2. Enter your passcode (Note: Please contact us for your password)
3. Press UP (^) arrow key (on top of the volume keys) to change display from "disable CUS. PROG" to "enable"
4. Press Speaker key
5. Now cursor is under 2 in 201
6. Enter 505
7. Now you will see the following:
   OLD:A 1 03A 12A 07: 09A 30
   NEW: W MM DD YY:HH MM

   where: W= Weekday* MM= Month DD= Date YY= Year HH= Hour** and MM= Minutes
   *Monday is weekday 1, Tuesday is weekday 2... Sunday is weekday 3
   **HH is in 24 hour format. Example: 9AM=9 and 9PM=21

8. Enter the number that corresponds to the new date/time. (Example: 10312071030 to change to Monday March 13 07 10:30AM)
9. When finished, it should look like this:
   OLD:A 1 03A 12A 07: 10A 30
   NEW: W MM DD YY:HH MM
10. Press Speaker key to save changes
11. Press Transfer key to exit programming mode.
