PINS deployed the first integrated voice and data T1 service in the New York area more than fifteen years ago, and we continue to develop new products and services that allow our clients to reduce their costs and meet their most-demanding telecommunication needs in a cost-effective manner.

PINS engineers continually evaluate new technology to ensure that it will not only deliver valuable services to our clients, but that it will do so with a high level of reliability.  An innovative product which is prone to failure, is a major source of frustration.

PINS currently uses a large, computer software-controlled telephone switch, manufactured by Metaswitch Networks, to provide telephone services over the Internet (VoIP) to its clients.  This powerful telephone switch can handle hundreds of simultaneous phone calls to all parts of the world and is constantly being upgraded to expand the range of services that can be delivered.
