Teleconferencing Instructions

For moderator hosting a conference via telephone:

1. Call a dial-in number.
2. Enter your conference ID, when prompted.
3. Press 1, when prompted.
4. Enter your PIN, when prompted.
5. (Optional) Set a 4-8 digit password, when prompted.

For participants joining a conference via telephone:

1. Call a dial in number.
2. Enter your conference ID, when prompted.
3. Press 2, when prompted.
4. (Optional) Enter 4-8 digit password assigned by the moderator, when prompted.

For moderator dialing out to add participants:

1. Press *1, then dial out to the new participant.
2. Invite the participant.
3. To rejoin the conference with the participant, press **.
(NOTE: If the participant does not join, press ##; you rejoin the conference by yourself.)

During the conference:

Be sure your conference invitation includes:

• Conference date and time
• Dial-in telephone number
• Conference ID
• Password (if using one)
• Expected duration
• Agenda

Hosting a conference via the web:

Please note you must use Internet Explorer version 6 or version 7 in order to manage your conferences via the web.

1. Go to http://conference.pins.net
2. Enter the conference ID and PIN to log in.
3. Follow on-screen instructions to dial out.
