We use our own, dedicated Telephone Switch, PBX, Routers and Servers, located in our primary network operating center (NOC) in New York City, as well as our back-up facility in Philadelphia, to provide high quality telecommunication services, including:
- Voice services via POTS lines and the Internet (VoIP);
- Internet services, including Internet access, web site hosting, hosted email service, and co-location;
- Data services, including support for wide area networks (WAN), virtual private networks (VPN), off-site data backup, and firewall management.
All Products and Services offered by PINS are provided as customized solutions designed for your specific telecom needs.
What makes PINS stand out as the telecom provider of choice?
Since the 1984 break-up of the Bell system, the telecom marketplace has seen enormous changes, and services can now be obtained through a bewildering and constantly-changing array of different providers, making selection of a high quality service provider you can rely on difficult. PINS longevity has been achieved by focusing on the critical factors necessary to provide cost-effective telecom services to our customers. We have a reputation for being consultative, supportive, down-to-earth, reliable and innovative.
